Vehicle Crashes, Overturns Into Garden State Parkway Median In Middletown (Developing)

A vehicle crashed and overturned on the Garden State Parkway in Monmouth County, officials said.

The crash happened in the parkway's southbound express lanes at around 11:08 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, the state Department of Transportation said.

An NJDOT camera showed a blue SUV on its driver's side in the parkway's median. State troopers and firefighters responded to the scene.

It's unclear if anyone was injured or if any other vehicles were involved in the crash.
